• RRES, LLC (Ronson Real Estate Services) currently manages over one hundred fifty single family, duplexes and apartment units in the Johnson and Wyandotte County areas. The company is locally owned and operated since 1978.

• We offer full management, as well as leasing and maintenance of any properties. In addition we have performed modernization, and fire-restoration. We have made and settled insurance claims and have successfully appealed real estate valuation reappraisals by the Tax Assessors office. 

• Our management and maintenance personnel are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

• Our ONLY business is the management, leasing and maintenance of real estate.
